Returns

Your purchase is 100% Guaranteed for 30 days from time of purchase. If for any reason at all, you do not like the product, return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund!

Please note that we are not responsible for return shipping charges. If needed we can provide a return label and subtract the cost of the return shipping from the total purchase amount.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received within 30 days of purchase, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you meet the return requirements of 30 days, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

Both regular and Sale items are eligible for refund if refund conditions above have been met.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If customers choose to return the item with a prepaid shipping label generated by Neomega Nutritionals, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
