When will my order arrive?

Your order will pack and ship 24 hours after you have placed it. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking info once it leaves our warehouse.

What if I want to return my order?

We accept refunds for unopened, unused items. Please return your unopened item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. We will happily provide a refund or exchange less the return shipping costs. You can find our Refund Policy in the home page footer menu.

How do I change quantities or edit my order?

Click on the account icon on the home page and sign in. Check the status of your order. If it has not shipped yet, you can change quantities or cancel your order. Once your order has shipped you cannot change the quantity or cancel it. If you changed your mind about the order, you will have to initiate a return.

How do I track my order

Once your order ships, we will send you an email with shipping and tracking information.

What if an item is missing from my order

If an item is missing from your order, please email us at info@neomega3.com or call us at 800-717-1645 and we will rectify the omission.

Is there sales tax?

There is a 6.75% sales tax for orders placed in the state of NC. There is no sales tax for orders placed from the other continental US states .
