Raw Avocado Blueberry Coconut Pie
We are back with yet another RAW AVOCADO VEGAN PIE. We just cannot have enough of it it is so delisshhh! Avocado and Matcha green tea powder really go well together and are packed with nourishment: good fats in avocados and super antioxidants in Matcha green tea makes you wonder whether you are eating a dessert or treating your body to some really healthy goodness? Well we opt for both! We truly stayed true to our motto of quick, healthy and delicious with this dessert. It is a major plus that this dessert satisfies vegan, Paleo and gluten free eaters as well!

How to make the crust:
Ingredients: 1 cup ground walnuts, 1 cup shredded coconut flakes, 1 tbsp cocoa powder.
Put all ingredients into blender. Scrape the sides of the blender and blend until you get a smooth paste. Once blended, spread it evenly on the bottom of an 6 inch silicone baking dish.
How to make the avocado filling:
Ingredients: 1.5 cup organic full fat coconut milk with the cream on top, 1 ripe avocado, 3 tsp agave or brown rice syrup,
Place all ingredients in the blender and blend together until smooth. Spread it on top of the crust and freeze for 5 hours.
Once ready to serve top with fresh blueberries and blackberries.
