Who doesn't love eggnog around the holidays? But you may not care for the egg or dairy in traditional eggnog. This version is just as luscious and thick and flavorful as the original one but Oh so much healthier! Plus it takes less then ten minutes to make! Because we added turmeric we are also adding in one teaspoon of avocado oil for that healthy fat. It is needed for turmeric's absorption.
Whip out the blender and blend together: 1.5 cup almond milk, 2 tsp cashew butter, 1 banana, 2 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp avocado oil, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp agave or maple syrup.
