Almond-Walnut-Coconut Paleo Cookies

These paleo  cookie balls will leave your guests asking for more. There's nothing but goodness in them: almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, coconut flakes and avocado oil of course! They are a bit crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. 

I know you are dying to find out how to make this so, here's how to make them. You will need:

1.5 cups almond meal

1 cup finely ground walnuts

1.5 cups shredded coconut

2 tsp flax seeds

1 whole egg

2 tsp cashew or almond butter

3 tsp avocado oil

3 tsp melted butter

1 cup raw sugar 

Chocolate glaze: melt 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips in 1/3 cup coconut milk.

Mix it all in a bowl and form balls. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 F. When baked, and cooled off, drizzle or dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with your favorite holiday sprinkles.
