Zoodles with Basil Avocado Oil
Zucchini sautéed in basil infused avocado oil and topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese is what's for lunch! We recommend making this for dinner and pack as leftover for lunch the next day.
Use a spiralizer to cut the zucchini into long spaghetti like strips. Once the zucchini is cut, sauté in basil infused avocado oil until soft.
Finally top with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
