Oatmeal quinoa breakfast bowl

Who does not love oatmeal for breakfast? Especially if paired with nutrient packed quinoa?

Cooked oatmeal and quinoa can be a nutritious breakfast that goes a long way.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup quinoa

1 cup water

1 cup coconut milk

Topping of choice. We used walnuts, chia and strawberries.
