Raspberry bowl

This raspberry bowl for breakfast will provide lasting nourishment throughout the day. The omega 3 from chia seeds, antioxidants from raspberries and and organic yogurt provide a healthy vegan breakfast. Yumm!

Ingredients: 

1/2 cup chia seeds

1/2 cup organic vanilla almond milk

1.5 cup organic whole milk yogurt

2 tbsp agave syrup

1  cup frozen raspberries and strawberries

fresh raspberries for topping

 

Preparation: 

Add chia seeds to almond milk and let stand overnight in refrigerator. In the morning: blend yogurt with raspberries and agave syrup.

Add fresh raspberries on top of chia pudding then top with yogurt mixture. Place in fridge for a few hours if you prefer serving it chilled. otherwise top with some more fresh raspberries and enjoy.
