Morning breakfast or dessert? Hm...tough choice. Well, whichever you choose, you will sure enjoy this oatmeal. Oatmeal and chocolate go together wonderfully. Oatmeal is best with an added good fat, like avocado or coconut oil.
2 cups oat
1 cup water
1 cup almond milk
3 tsp bittersweet chocolate chips
1 tsp avocado oil
Topping: dragon fruit, coconut shredded, silvered almond, shredded dark chocolate, hemp seeds.
Cook the oat in the milk and water. When cooked and hot still, stir in the oil and chocolate. Pour in a bowl and top with fruit, nuts and seeds.
